Privacy Notice
Effective September 23, 2026. This notice describes how MSCO Fleet Solutions LLC (“MSCO,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information through MSCOFleet.com and related business communications.
Information we may collect
When you contact us, we may receive identifiers and business contact information such as your name, company, work email and phone number; professional or business information; requested dates and vehicle preferences; intended use, cargo, locations and mileage; driver, insurance and qualification information; and the content of communications and rental records. Our hosting and network providers may also process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate and respond to commercial rental inquiries; verify identity, authority, eligibility, driver and insurance requirements; communicate about vehicles and service; prepare and administer rental agreements; maintain accounting, insurance, security and business records; prevent misuse or fraud; protect vehicles, people and operations; and comply with applicable law.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to hosting, email, information-technology, vehicle-management and other service providers; insurers and insurance professionals; accountants, attorneys and other professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a business transaction or in protecting rights, safety and property. These disclosures are limited to legitimate business, contractual, security or legal purposes.
No sale, sharing or behavioral advertising
MSCO does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. MSCOFleet.com does not currently deploy advertising cookies, behavioral-tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics. Because these activities are not currently used, the site does not present a separate sale/share opt-out control. If these practices change, this notice and any legally required controls will be updated before or when the change takes effect.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational, contractual, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
California privacy choices
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct or delete certain personal information, and to limit or opt out of certain uses or disclosures, to the extent an applicable law grants those rights and an exception does not apply. To submit a request, email rentals@mscofleet.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 18, and MSCO does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
Other services and links
Your browser, email provider, network provider and other third parties may process information under their own privacy notices. MSCO is not responsible for a third party's independent privacy practices.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
